We celebrated International Nurses Day here at Princess Christian Care Home on Wednesday 12 May.
We are very proud of our amazing Nurses, who care so well for our lovely residents.
Cosmin our Chef made a wonderful (huge!) cake to celebrate the day, with an picture on the front of our Manager Mario and our Nursing team.
Mario also awarded our Nurses with certificates, chocolates and wine to thank them for all their hard work and dedication.
We think this poem sums up our Nurses perfectly….
Nurse
N is for notable, and willing to share,
U is for understanding, they really care,
R is for reliable, right from the start,
S is for sincere, with a loving heart,
E is for energetic, so much to behold,
‘Nurse’ – a special one, more precious than gold.
