We had lots of fun at Princess Christian Care Home on Friday 12 January when we set up a Virgin Atlantic airport flight desk to check in all our residents for our virtual flight to Hong Kong.
Our ladies and gents brought up their passports and boarding cards and were checked in by Ross, our new Recreation and Well-Being Champion. He did a very good job as he used to work for Virgin Atlantic cabin crew!
We reached Hong Kong in time to celebrate Chinese New Year in style, with our residents and staff wearing Chinese outfits and hats!
We served a delicious ‘Chinese takeaway‘ themed lunch which everyone loved.
What a colourful and fun day – one to remember!
