We really enjoyed Christmas at Princess Christian Care Home, with so much for our residents to enjoy over the festive season.
Our Recreation and Well-Being Team made a fantastic sleigh and dressed up in festive outfits to visit all our ladies and gents to give out presents, which was so wonderful.
We enjoyed carol concerts and dance shows from local Stagecoach school children, pantomimes, Christmas photoshoots, as well as a delicious Christmas dinner of course!
On New Year’s Eve, we celebrated from midday with sherry and treats. All our residents wore their homemade New Year’s Eve hats and took part in lots of dancing songs (YMCA being a particular favourite!). They also enjoyed some seated Zumba with musical instruments, as well as watching the fireworks fun on television, which were amazing!
