Great British Care Awards Frontline Leader Award Winner
Our hardworking and dedicated Home Manager, Nisha Leo, was recently nominated and shortlisted for the ‘Frontline Leader Award’ for this year’s Great British Care Awards. Nominated by Princess Christian Care Home’s General Manager, Mario Taherian, his nomination included these inspiring comments:
“Nisha is a great leader and has brought in so many changes that have had a great effect on all our residents’ lives. Nisha elevated person-centred care to new heights at Princess Christian. Her leadership has helped the Care Home to achieve an outstanding CQC rating and to overcome many challenges faced during COVID-19. I am enormously proud to work with Nisha and I am always impressed with the quality of work and commitment to our residents’ care. I strongly recommend Nisha Leo for this year’s frontline leader of the year.”
Nisha is delighted to have won the award at last weekend’s South East Regional finals in Brighton and she received some lovely messages of congratulations from the Nellsar team:
