On Friday 3 December at Princess Christian Care Home, we enjoyed a fun morning in our ‘Cooking with Cosmin’ club when we learnt how to make festive sausage rolls and mince pies.
We decorated the room and had Christmas songs playing to get us all in a festive mood as we worked!
Our residents John, Tony, Joyce and Sally prepared sausages rolls and mince pies in a parcel shape, all with the help of our jolly Christmas elves Olivia, Hayley and Sian who made sure we did it correctly!
John and Tony also had the opportunity to have a kitchen tour and see where we keep all our food, how we store our products and how we cook. They enjoyed a chat with our Kitchen Team, were very excited to see how everything works and were impressed at the size of our kitchen.
A fantastic start to December!
