Congratulations to Kitchen Assistant/Chef Assistant in training Eduard Sarmasag, who was recently awarded our Employee of the Month for July here at Princess Christian Care Home.
Head Chef Cosmin nominated Eduard for his commitment and hard work as part of the Kitchen Team, commenting;
“Eduard has worked with us for two years now and I’ve been impressed with his attention to detail. He is honest, ambitious and innovative, working closely with me on our A La Cart Menu to bring new flavours and dishes to our residents. He is always positive in the kitchen and helps everyone in need; a great example for other colleagues. He is very reliable and always happy to cover shifts. On top of this, he has recently started a Nutrition course as this is an area he is passionate about. He thoroughly deserves this recognition.”
