Clay and paints
Our residents at Princess Christian Care Home have had a great time this week creating some amazing pottery.
They made clay shapes, including a car, mask, animals, fish and hearts, and after a couple days of drying they painted them in bright colours.
Pottery is a great way to get hands moving and the texture of the clay provides a wonderful sensory activity – so calming and relaxing.
Celebrating our female staff
On Tuesday 8 March we celebrated International Women’s Day here at Princess Christian in our Reception.
Our Manager Mario kindly bought all our female staff a beautiful rose and chocolates; his way of showing his appreciation for all that we do.
