Here at Princess Christian Care Home we had a lovely day on Friday 23 April celebrating St George’s Day with our residents.
We decorated our gazebo with flags and sat outside in the afternoon, where we took part in a St George’s Day quiz and enjoyed scones with jam and cream, washed down with tea and coffee.
Our residents had a great time dressing up and taking photographs and even Totty our cat posed for her picture.
Some of our residents even challenged our staff to a sword fight! But don’t worry, no injuries to report as our swords were cardboard! Phew!
