On Thursday 28 October at our ‘Cooking with Cosmin’ Club our residents at Princess Christian Care Home created some wonderful Halloween-themed biscuits.
John, Julio and Lawrence were our Trainee (Halloween!) Chefs, with Head Chef Cosmin being ably assisted by helpers Carol and Shawn.
The group rolled, cut and iced their spooky biscuits – shaped in colourful Halloween designs including brilliant bats, perfect pumpkins, wicked witches hats and marvellous moons!
They looked fantastic displayed on our pumpkin cake stand.
