On Friday 19 November our ‘Cooking with Cosmin’ Club at Princess Christian Care Home had soup on the menu!
Our Head Chef Cosmin was happy to have such good help from our residents John, Tony, Julio and Len, who enjoyed peeling and cutting carrots, leeks, onions, potatoes and parsnips to make a delicious cream of vegetable soup for supper.
Team members Olivia, Lucy, Sian and Carol were on hand to help out and enjoyed spending time with our Trainee Chefs!
It was such a successful activity together and our finished soup was amazing, finished with garnish and a stir of cream on top.
Well done everyone!
