We’ve had a busy week at Princess Christian Care Home, with lots of creative poppies crafts.
We decorated a tribute tree with poppies and poems, and our lovely ladies and gents had great fun making ‘popkies‘ – that’s ‘poppy’ and ‘cookies’ together and they tasted delicious!
Our residents also had a great time trying on army uniforms and posing for photos. They looked wonderful!
On Wednesday 11 November we will be remembering fallen heroes with a two minute silence. We’ll also enjoy watching films and reminiscing over coffee to mark this very special day.
