We had a great time celebrating St Patrick’s Day here at Princess Christian Care Home on Thursday 17 March.
Our lovely residents had been busy making some fantastic decorations ready for the day, as well as some outstanding hats! Our Units were a sea of green, from shamrocks to leprechauns!
Our talented catering team provided some delicious cakes (green of course!) which were enjoyed by all and we hosted St Patrick’s Day quizzes and photoshoots!
We also welcomed singer Tony to Princess Christian in the afternoon and we all enjoyed singing along to some wonderful Irish songs. A few of us took to the dance floor too!
….the only downside was that we didn’t find a pot of gold!
