Cooking with Cosmin
On Friday 6 May we hosted another of our popular Cooking Club sessions at Princess Christian Care Home, to help our Chef Cosmin with supper preparation.
Vegetable soup was on the menu and our ‘Chefs in training‘ were residents Margaret, John, Tony and Ameneh who did an amazing job peeling and cutting carrots, potatoes and parsnips.
These were boiled and then blended with cream and herbs, to make a delicious soup.
