Last week we made rocky roads during our Cooking Club at Princess Christian Care Home.
Our residents had a great time mixing up all the ingredients; we had bowls of mini marshmallows, Oreo cookies, sultanas, jelly tots and golden syrup, all covered in melted chocolate. Yummy!
After mixing and shaping them, we left them in the fridge until it was time to serve them for afternoon tea. Our ladies and gents said they were delicious.
In our next session we shall be cooking with Cosmin and sushi is on the menu – we’re sure Buttons our cat will be hoping for some fish titbits!
