We have a lovely new Buddha water feature in our garden at Princess Christian Care Home which was kindly donated to us. It has found a home by our veranda and our residents say it is so relaxing sitting outside listening to the fountain whilst having tea.
One of our Recreation and Well-Being Team, Lucy, has also recycled some squash bottles and our ladies and gents had fun painting them in bright colours and filling them with plants before hanging outside – they looks so pretty.
We’ve been playing games of skittles on our veranda and in this warm weather have enjoyed cooling down with ice lollies and ice-cream.
And we had a birthday last week. Micheal from our Knaphill Unit enjoyed opening his presents and our Catering Team made a delicious celebration cake as always. Many happy returns Michael!
