Coronation crafts
We have been very busy here at Princess Christian Care Home, making decorations for the coronation as well as taking part in Nellsar’s design a ‘Crafty Crown’ competition.
Some of our residents have been decorating crowns which they shall wear on the day; others have been painting wind chimes.
Our Home is starting to look very patriotic with everyone involved getting ready for the party. We’re sure everyone will have a wonderful time.
Singer Terry
Terry came to sing for us this week and our lovely residents had a great time. We had dance-offs between our ladies and gents and we must say our new resident Patrick proved to be another Gene Kelly, showing us all a few new steps!
Terry promised to be back soon – we’re looking forward it!
Snakes and ladders
Our residents have been having great fun in all our Units with our extra large floor snakes and ladders.
There has been much laughter as well as competitiveness amongst our residents; we hope to get some more games to take outside in our gardens once the weather improves.
