Cheesy chips were on the menu on Friday 21 April, as Chef Cosmin hosted another one of his Cooking Clubs here at Princess Christian Care Home.
Our residents peeled and sliced the potatoes ready for Cosmin to fry on our mobile hob.
Everyone got a portion to sample at the end of the session and they loved them; freshly made cheesy chips…mmmm….far better than McDonald’s! Ha!
