We have been busy bees here at Princess Christian Care Home, getting ready for our Halloween party plus our resident Joyce’s 100th birthday celebrations next week.
We all had a tear in our eye last week as one of our wonderful residents, Nancy, left us to move up north where her family were relocating. She was so tearful but we have promised to keep in touch. She had a fantastic send off with a huge, delicious cake made by our wonderful Catering Team, as well as presents to take with her. We wish her all the best for her move.
Our lovely resident Ray from our Bisley Unit celebrated his birthday this week with and he very much enjoyed his two celebration cakes!
And our residents have been helping make props for our Halloween displays, especially Paul from our Knaphill Unit who made an amazing haunted house from scratch, as well as some super spooky signs – he really is very talented! Thank you Paul!
