Here at Princess Christian Care Home we held a fantastic Macmillan Coffee Morning last week to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Research.
We had a very tempting display of delicious brownies and a wonderful rainbow cake provided by our talented Chefs. Also on offer were doughnuts, fruit cake and a scrumptious hazelnut cake. Yummy!
These were all displayed on a decorated table in our reception for people to purchase, along with some refreshing drinks.
As part of the event, we also ran a competition to ‘Guess how many sprinkles were on the Colin the caterpillar cake‘ – this is still running, so our winner will be announced this week along with our final total raised.
Huge thanks to everyone involved in providing delicious treats and donating to this very deserving charity.
