Flipping fabulous
We celebrated Pancake Day here at Princess Christian Care Home with a fun-filled Cooking Club session.
Our Head Chef Cosmin put on a dynamic demonstration for a small group of our residents on Shrove Tuesday on 13 February – making, baking and flipping pancakes on his mobile hob!
Or dear residents then topped and filled their own pancakes with a choice of jam, Nutella, Biscoff spread, and the classic combination of lemon juice and sugar.
Everyone had so much fun (and full bellies!) by the end of the session and Chef Cosmin was more than happy to make a second round of pancakes!
