On Tuesday 21 March we celebrated Iranian Day at Princess Christian Care Home and used our ‘mobile kitchen’ for the first time, which is a great new asset for our Cooking Club.
Chef Cosmin cooked pan fried cod with rice and vegetables and our residents were happy to help him – and very happy to eat his delicious food!
It was a fantastic activity, with everyone very excited and curious as the food was cooked.
