On Friday 20 January our Princess Christian Care Home residents John, Bruce and Ann did a fantastic job during our Cookery Club, making themselves delicious fresh salads.
They all worked hard chopping and slicing the tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce leaves and spring onions to create their own personal salad plates, guided by Chef Cosmin and Olivia and Carol from our Recreation and Well-Being Team.
The finished creations looked crisp, fresh, colourful and very healthy. Well done team!
