Spice Girls
We have been introducing our pets around Princess Christian Care Home and it has been an enormous success with our residents!
Our Guinea pigs – Cookie and Fudge – have proved to be very popular and they love a cuddle.
We’ve also built a new chicken house and run for our chickens and as you can see they are very happy with it. We have named them the ‘Spice Girls’ – Saffron, Nutmeg, Chive, Pepper and Rosemary!
Our residents are enjoying visiting them with treats. Cluck cluck!
DIY Club
Our wonderful gentlemen have been busy preparing a wooden crate to be used in our Pet Therapy corner too!
They have sanded it down and put on a base coat of paint ready for it to be decorated in next week’s DIY session.
We’re very ‘crateful’ for your help gentlemen!
We certainly have some pampered pets here at Princess Christian!
