We turned Princess Christian Care Home into the Wild West on Thursday 14 October!
Our residents had such great fun playing ‘Toss the horseshoe’ and ‘Cactus skittles’, as well as trying seated line dancing!
Our Recreation and Well-Being Team dressed up as cowboys and cowgirls and even managed to lasso a friendly horse to take part in the fun!
Our lovely singer Najwa looked wonderful as a cowgirl and entertained our lovely residents with country and western songs, as well as joining in with our Team’s line dancing display which had our residents in fits of laughter (as the horse wasn’t so nimble footed!).
We enjoyed taking photos and put up ‘Wanted’ posters around our Home featuring our residents and staff (at least two of our Manager Mario!).
Yeeehaa! What a great day!
