We were delighted to create a very special day for our resident Jean and her husband Bill recently, as they celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary with us at Princess Christian Care Home.
The lovely couple have been together for 71 years, so we arranged for Bill to have an extended visit to celebrate and as a surprise, arranged for their daughter Shirley and son Bill Jr to visit at the window too.
We transformed our visitor’s room into a restaurant and ‘chill out’ area for them, with table settings, rose petals, balloons and heart decorations and our Chef Cosmin prepared a special menu for the occasion.
A wonderful day for a really wonderful couple.
