Our residents in our Knaphill Unit at Princess Christian Care Home were taken on a culinary virtual journey to Spain last Friday with the Unit’s inaugural Cooking with Cosmin class.
Cosmin pre-made the donut batter into traditional churros shape and worked with our residents to deep fry the yummy treats on his mobile hob before sprinkling with sugar and cinnamon. Delicious!
It was a great day and thanks to our Recreation and Well-Being Team members Lucy, Carol and Michelle, many of our residents were able to take part.
