Remembering the 1920s
On Wednesday 16 August we had a 1920s reminiscence session here at Princess Christian Care Home.
Our ladies made some 1920s feathered head bands and looked wonderful in them as they posed for photos. They also enjoyed looking through different pictures of fashion, hair styles and food from the era. Finally, we watched some 1920s dancing on our jolly trolley which a lot of our residents had fun remembering.
Welcome back Banana!
Our lovely little tortoise Banana woke up from her hibernation last week and our ladies and gents were very happy to see her again.
She visited our residents in our three units to say hello and bring lots of smiles.
