On Friday 31 March we hosted our popular Cooking Club here at Princess Christian Care Home when we all had fun filling pancakes and eating them of course!
The session was one of the biggest cooking classes we have run, with residents from all three of our units. Chef Cosmin cooked (and flipped!) pancakes on our portable stove and our Recreation and Well-Being Team were on hand to help.
Everyone enjoyed spreading their favourite toppings on their pancakes which included jam, Nutella, and the traditional lemon and sugar.
They were a resounding success and there were requests for some seconds helpings!
