Chef Cristian Pitic Princess Christian Care Home created an outstanding delicious buffet for recent coronation celebrations, with the help of his team.
Cristian’s culinary delights included an eye-catching spread of breaded chicken goujons, chicken and vegetable kebabs, sausage rolls, pork pies, mini quiche, and Italian inspired kebabs of mozzarella, ham, basil and cherry tomatoes.
Cristian also baked vegetable pasties and vegetable puff pastry bites, a variety of filled sandwiches and a generous cheese and biscuits selection. He also made a tangy feta cheese and vegetable salad. Yummy!
On the sweeter side, residents and guests enjoyed fresh fruit and fresh fruit salads, freshly baked croissants and individual mini pastries with apple, blackberry and custard fillings.
Cristian’s homemade lemonade with mint and fruity punch went down very well with all the tasty food. Thank you Cristian!
